基于改进AHP-TOPSIS模型的配电网评价指标体系和精准投资策略研究

Research on Evaluation Index System and Precision Investment Strategy of Distribution Network Based on Improved AHP-TOPSIS Model

针对地区配电网发展水平的全面评价以及未来精准投资策略的问题,综合考虑配电网评价特点和指标的适用性,构建了用于评价地区配电网当前发展水平的配电网综合评价指标体系,同时提出了基于该指标体系对配电网评价的改进AHP-TOPSIS法。该方法基于改进AHP法获取评价指标权重,利用改进TOPSIS法分析当前评价指标体系中各指标发展现状与发展水平。通过所建立的地区配电网评分标准和指标投资优先度评判标准分别进行指标评分和投资优先度分析。实际应用结果表明,该综合评价指标体系可以为地区配电网投资策略提供比较具体的实施方案,可以更加合理、高效地促进地区配电网的发展与完善。

In view of the comprehensive evaluation of the development level of regional distribution network and the future accurate investment strategy,the characteristics of distribution network evaluation and the applicability of indicators are comprehensively considered,a comprehensive evaluation index system of distribution network is constructed,which is used to evaluate the current development level of regional distribution network.At the same time,an improved AHP-TOPSIS method for distribution network evaluation based on this index system is proposed.This method is based on the improved AHP method to obtain the weight of the evaluation index,and the improved TOPSIS method is used to analyze the development status and level of each index in the current evaluation index system.Through the established regional distribution network scoring standard and index investment priority evaluation standard,the index score and investment priority analysis are carried out respectively.The practical application results show that the comprehensive evaluation index system can provide a more specific implementation scheme for the regional distribution network investment strategy,and can promote the development and improvement of the regional distribution network more reasonably and efficiently.
