摘要 随着人们节能意识的不断提高,LED作为新一代环保照明设备,已广泛应用于日常生活,LED在发光过程中其内部结节温度(简称结温)直接影响了LED的发光性能和发光时长,所以如何有效优化LED设计结构参数,一直是人们研究的热点问题,本文将探讨智能蚂蚁算法在优化LED结构参数及降低结温的应用。 With the continuous improvement of people’s awareness of energy saving,LED,as a new generation of environmentally friendly lighting equipment,has been widely used in daily life.During the light-emitting process of LED,its internal nodule temperature(junction temperature for short)directly affects the light-emitting performance and light-emitting duration of the LED.Therefore,how to effectively optimize the structural parameters of LED design has always been a hot issue of research.This article will discuss the application of intelligent ant algorithm in optimizing LED structural parameters and reducing junction temperature.
