摘要
当前,如何刻画企业用户信用程度以及活力指数是电力公司亟待解决的问题。通过分析用电客户的用电行为以及用电特性,建立了企业用户信用管理和活力评价的指标体系,应用层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)-模糊综合评价法进行评价。根据某电网公司的调研数据,建立电力用户信用和活力评价模型,结合定量分析和定性指标的模糊综合评价,最终得到企业电力用户的评价分数。实验结果验证了本方法的有效性。
At present,how to describe the credit degree and vitality index of enterprise users is an urgent problem for power companies to solve.By analyzing the electricity consumption behavior and electricity consumption characteristics of electricity customers,an index system for enterprise user credit management and vitality evaluation is established,and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for evaluation.According to the survey data of a power grid company,a power user credit and vitality evaluation model is established,combined with quantitative analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of qualitative indicators,and finally the evaluation score of enterprise power users is obtained.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of this method.
