Design and Application of an Integrated Management System for Antimicrobials Based on Multidisciplinary Requirements

目的:借助信息化技术,建立满足多学科管理需求的抗菌药物综合管理系统。方法:梳理医师开具抗菌药物和现行抗菌药物信息化管理的流程,结合各个学科对抗菌药物信息化管理的需求,设计并开发既符合国家对抗菌药物的管理要求,同时又方便临床医师操作的抗菌药物综合管理系统。结果:借助数字化信息系统规范了工作流程,实现抗菌药物处方权限管理、治疗目的分类、疗程管理、多次手术预防用药、病原学送检管理、特殊级抗菌药物会诊管理等多项需求,从而进一步改善了抗菌药物管理相关质量指标。结论:该系统有效地将管理需求与临床信息系统(CIS)中临床医师日常工作和医院管理信息系统(HIS)医务管理进行了整合,促进抗菌药物临床用药更加严谨、规范,实现了应用信息系统对抗菌药物精细化管理的目标。

Objective:To establish an integrated management system of antibiotics that meets the requirements of multidisciplinary management with the help of information technology.Methods Sort out the process of physicians prescribing antimicrobial drugs and current antimicrobial drug information management,combined with the requirements of various disciplines for antimicrobial drug information management,design and develop a comprehensive antimicrobial drug management system that meets the national management requirements for antimicrobial drugs and is convenient for clinicians to operate.Results With the help of the digital information system,the work process is standardized,and many requirements such as antibiotic prescription authority management,treatment purpose classification,course management,multiple surgical prophylaxis,etiological inspection management,special-level antibiotic consultation management,etc.are realized,thereby further improving quality indicators related to antimicrobial stewardship.Conclusions The system effectively integrates management requirements with the daily work of clinicians in the clinical information system(CIS)and the medical management in the hospital management information system(HIS),promotes more rigorous and standardized clinical application of antibiotics,and realizes the goal of refined management of antimicrobials through the application of information system.
