摘要
天然气净化厂的吸收塔、再生塔及工艺管道内存在多相流且伴随着相平衡、反应平衡、气液传质及能量传递等多个相互影响的过程,这给相关分析带来很大的困难。为了更好地进行工艺参数调整、降低净化厂的能耗,必须掌握各个运行参数的影响规律。本文以天然气净化厂的主要耗能单元——胺液再生塔为研究对象,通过HYSYS计算,重点分析了再生塔操作变量对能耗和再生效果的影响规律,给出了主要参数的参考值,从而给现场工艺调整提供参考。
Absorbers,regenerators and related pipelines in natural gas process plants contain coupled processes of multiphase flow,phase equilibrium,reaction equilibrium and energy transport.It is very difficult to analyze the complex process.To better adjust parameters and reduce energy consumption of the plants,interaction laws of parameters must be known.In this paper,we study the main element of energy consumption-the regenerator of amine solution by HYSYS.Effects of operational parameters of the regenerator on energy consumption and regeneration of amine are analyzed in details.Reference values of main parameters are given to provide suggestions of technology adjustment.
