0~3岁幼儿照顾的巨大压力是影响家庭生育决策的重要因素。目前我国大城市对于0~3岁幼儿的照顾形成了转移型、包揽型和分担型三种主要类型,这三种类型有着不同的文化理念、实现方式和支持需求。要实现对0~3岁幼儿照顾类型的精准支持,一方面需要强化协同各部门围绕婴幼儿照护提供支持,另一方面需要积极发挥政府、市场和社会多主体的作用,通过建设0~3岁幼儿精准育儿支持体系,进一步减轻家庭幼儿照顾压力,以实现我国人口政策的顺利转型。

The enormous pressure of taking care of children aged between 0 and 3 is an important factor affecting family fertility decision-making.At present,there are three main childcare types for children aged 0-3 in big cities in China:transferring type,comprehensive type and sharing type.These three types share different cultural concepts,implementation methods and support needs.To achieve accurate support for the types of care for children aged 0-3,on the one hand,it is necessary to strengthen cooperation between government departments to provide support for the infant and toddler care,and on the other hand,it is necessary to actively play the multi-subject role of the government,market and society.Through the establishment of a precision childcare support system for children aged between 0 and 3,the pressure of childcare for families will be further reduced,which will be conducive to the smooth transition of China′s population policy.
