警用防暴盾牌低能量冲击数值模拟与试验研究

摘要 利用ABAQUS建立了防暴盾牌受10 kg半球型冲击组件低能量冲击的数值模型研究一种由聚碳酸酯注塑成型的警用防暴盾牌的冲击响应。基于该数值模型分析了不同冲击能量、不同曲率半径以及不同厚度防暴盾牌的冲击动力响应。基于简易的落锤冲击试验机对防暴盾牌进行了低能量冲击试验,并进行了冲击动力响应和冲击能量响应分析,将试验结果与仿真结果进行了对比,验证了该数值模型的准确性,研究结果可为警用防暴盾牌的结构设计提供理论指导。 In order to study the impact response of a polycarbonate injection molded police riot shield,a numerical model was established using ABAQUS to simulate the impact of a 10 kg semi-spherical impact component with low energy.Based on the numerical model,the impact responses of riot shield with different impact energy,curvature radius and thickness were analyzed.Based on the simple drop hammer impact testing machine,the low energy impact test of riot shield was carried out and the impact dynamic response and impact energy response were analyzed.The experimental results were compared with the simulation results to verify the accuracy of the numerical model.The research results can provide theoretical guidance for the structural design of police riot shield.
