摘要
采用溶剂热法制备了球状CuO,并通过原位聚合法在球状CuO外部包裹PPy(聚吡咯),制备了具有核壳结构的球状CuO/PPy复合材料。随后通过XRD、FT-IR、SEM、TEM等方法对复合材料的形貌和物相组成进行表征,并采用同轴环测试技术分析复合材料的电磁参数,最后根据传输线理论计算吸波材料的反射损耗RL。研究结果表明:复合材料填料比例为15wt%,涂层厚度为1.5 mm时,球状CuO/PPy复合材料在18 GHz处出现最大吸收强度-22.1 dB,当涂层厚度为2.0 mm时,低于-10 dB的有效吸收带宽可以达到4.9 GHz,达到了理想的吸波效果。
Spherical CuO was prepared by solvothermal method,and the spherical CuO/PPy composites with core-shell structure were prepared by in-situ polymerization of the spherical CuO coated with PPy(polypyrrole).The morphology and phase composition of the composites were characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM and TEM,and the electromagnetic parameters of the composites were tested and analyzed by using the coaxial ring testing technology.The reflection loss RL of the absorbing materials was calculated according to the transmission line theory.The results show that the maximum absorption intensity of spherical CuO/PPy composites at 18 GHz was-22.1 dB when the filling ratio was 15wt%and the coating thickness was 1.5 mm.When the coating thickness was 2.0 mm,the effective absorption bandwidth below-10 dB could reach 4.9 GHz.The ideal wave absorption effect has been achieved.
