基于扭摆法的弹箭转动惯量测量仪

摘要 利用扭摆法的测量原理,分析了弹箭转动惯量测试中出现误差的主要原因;提出了多种提高测量精度的方法:按弹箭的质量划分不同类型的设备,分别进行结构设计;采用电磁释放机构,操作中尽可能保证样柱和弹丸的转动惯量大于空盘转动惯量的1/3。试验结果表明:这些方法极大地提高了系统的测量精度和效率,能够满足弹箭转动惯量测量的指标要求。所提出的减少误差方法具有移植性,同样适用于其他类似的测量设备。 The moment of inertia is one of the important structural characteristic parameters of projectiles,which plays an important role in trajectory calculation.Based on the principle of the torsion pendulum method and the practical operation of similar equipment,it is analyzed in detail the main causes of the errors,and various measures to reduce the errors and improve the precision were put forward in the paper.In order to reduce the error and improve the precision,a series of methods were put forward,for example,different types of equipment were divided by the mass of projectiles and their structures were designed respectively,and the electromagnetic release mechanism was applied,and the moment of inertia of sample cylinder and projectile should be more than 1/3 of that of empty disk and et al.The given experimental results show that these methods can greatly improve the measurement precision and efficiency and can satisfy the requirement for measuring accuracy.These error reduction method are transplantable and can also be applied to other similar measuring equipment.
