重型商用车的三锥面同步器的设计方法研究

摘要 针对商用车同步器在换挡过程中存在噪声和齿间冲击大等问题,以某商用车变速器为研究对象,对1、2挡双锥面及三锥面同步器进行研究。根据同步器换挡工作原理,提出三锥面同步器的参数优化方案。分析了锥面参数对齿间冲击、噪声和使用寿命的影响,提出了锥面参数的优化方法,最终通过台架试验证明了该方法的可行性。结论表明,采用优化后的三锥面同步器可以有效的降低该重型商用车在换挡时的噪声和齿间冲击,具有较高的疲劳强度。 In order to solve the problems of noise and large impact between teeth in the process of shift of commercial vehicle synchronizer,this paper took a commercial vehicle transmission as the research object,and studied the double cone and triple cone synchronizer used in gear 1 and gear 2.At the same time,according to the working principle of the synchronizer shift,the parameter optimization scheme of the tri-cone synchronizer was put forward.The influence of cone parameters on the impact,noise and service life of the teeth was analyzed,and the optimization method of cone parameters was put forward.The feasibility of the method was verified by bench test.The results show that the optimized tri-cone synchronizer can effectively reduce the noise and the impact between the teeth during the shift of the heavy commercial vehicle,and the synchronizer has higher fatigue strength.
