摘要
研究了铁素体不锈钢在不同热轧退火工艺下织构的演化规律,并对相应冷轧成品的起皱高度进行了对比分析。热轧板表层和中心层展示了强烈的剪切变形织构和平面变形织构,经罩式炉退火后,两种变形织构的强度明显降低,并出现了少量的再结晶织构;经连续退火后,表层剪切变形织构的强度进一步减弱,中心层获得了完全的再结晶织构,但再结晶织构的强度较弱。最终再结晶退火后,所有样品都呈现完整的{111}织构,连续退火的成品板中,{111}织构的强度最高,且各种取向的晶粒弥散分布,起皱高度也最低。
The effect of hot band annealing processes,namely simulating batch annealing and continuous annealing,on texture evolution and ridging height of ferritic stainless steel was investigated.The surface and central layers of hot band displayed a strong shear deformation and plane deformation texture,respectively.After batch annealing,the intensity of hot-rolling deformation texture decreased obviously and a few of recrystallization texture appeared.After continuous annealing,the shear deformation texture of hot band was weakest,and the fully recrystallized texture was observed,but the intensity of annealing texture was quite weak.After final recrystallization annealing,complete recrystallized{111}texture was obtained.For the sheet with continuous annealing process,the strength of{111}texture was the highest,the distribution of grains with various orientations was dispersed,and the lowest ridging height was also obtained.
