Treatment of cancer related depression with classical prescriptions

肿瘤相关性抑郁是指肿瘤在诊断和治疗期间伴发的病理性抑郁状态或综合征,与肿瘤不良预后密切相关,西医对其治疗存在局限性。肿瘤相关性抑郁之名中医古籍中未见记载,目前中医多将其归于“郁证”范畴。《伤寒杂病论》中“嘿嘿”“心烦”“郁郁微烦”“心悸”“懊憹”“烦惊”“悲伤欲哭”等与肿瘤相关性抑郁临床表现高度吻合,故从临床表现入手,探讨仲景运用经方论治肿瘤相关性抑郁的学术经验。肿瘤相关性抑郁的病因病机包括因虚致郁、因气致郁、因热致郁,进而总结仲景虚郁补之、气郁和之、热郁宣之的三大治法,并结合现代研究探讨了经方在肿瘤相关性抑郁中的具体应用,以期为临床以经方辨治肿瘤相关性抑郁提供参考。

Cancer related depression(CRD)refers to pathological depression or syndrome associated with tumor during diagnosis and treatment,which is closely related to the poor prognosis of the tumor.There are limitations in the treatment of western medicine.The name of CRD has not been recorded in the ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine,and mostly classified as Yuzheng in Chinese medicine.The symptoms such as Heihei,Xinfan,Xinji,Yuyu Weifan,Aonao,Fanjing,Beishang Yuku in《Treatise on febrile and miscellaneous diseases》are highly similar to the clinical manifestations of CRD.To explore Zhang Zhongjing’s academic experience in the treatment of CRD with classical prescriptions.The etiology and pathogenesis of CRD include depression caused by Yinxu Zhiyu,Yinqi Zhiyu,Yinre Zhiyu,and then summarizes the three major treatments of CRD Xuyu Buzhi,Qiyu Hezhi,Reyu Xuanzhi.Combined with modern research,to discusses the specific application of classical prescriptions in CRD,provided reference for clinical treatment of tumor-related depression.
