摘要
通过分析建筑工人、普通居民、投资者三类人群对绿色建筑的需求,基于亲环境行为、绿色建筑内涵及特征的文献梳理,构建自我感知、环境塑造、深层体验3个维度的绿色建筑适宜性评估指标,运用网络层次分析法对构建的指标进行剖析。
This paper analyzes the needs of construction workers,ordinary residents and investors for green buildings,and based on the literature review of pro-environmental behaviors,the connotation and characteristics of green buildings,and constructs a green building with three dimensions:self-perception,environmental shaping,and deep experience.The construction suitability evaluation index is analyzed by using the network analytic hierarchy process.The results show that deep experience has the largest weight,self-perception takes the second place,and environment shaping has the smallest weight.Suggestions are put forward from three aspects:behavioral level,architectural level and the coordinated development of the two.
