关于长沙新港创建湖南省多式联运中心的思考

Thoughts on Changsha Xingang’s Establishment of Hunan Provincial Multimodal Transportation Center

多式联运的推广及运输结构的优化是我国物流业降本增效的根本途径,湖南省依托内河水运资源及港口优势宜发展港口多式联运,本文从港口多式联运的基础建设配套、信息服务平台、行业标准化、营商环境等四个方面分析长沙新港创建湖南省多式联运中心存在的主要问题,并提出相关对策。

The promotion of multimodal transport and the optimization of transportation structure are the fundamental ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency in my country’s logistics industry.Hunan Province should develop port multimodal transport relying on inland water transport resources and port advantages.This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the establishment of Hunan Province’s multimodal transport center in Changsha New Port from the four aspects of port multimodal transport infrastructure,information service platform,industry standardization,and business environment,and proposes relevant countermeasures.
