The management and control of hospital public opinion is facing a severe test in the all-media era,so it is necessary for the hospital to think about the countermeasures according to the characteristics of the times.According to the actual situation,as to how to grasp all kinds of relations related to public opinion in the process of managing and controlling public opinion,this paper holds that it is the guarantee to deal with the relationship with the competent department of the industry and the foundation to deal with the relationship with the public.Dealing with the relationship with the parties is the core,dealing with the relationship with the media is the key,and dealing with the relationship within the hospital is the support,and on this basis,the strategies and ways to deal with public opinion are discussed,promoting to help solve problems and spread positive energy at the same time,as well as the formation of a good atmosphere of respect for doctors and health care.
