新冠疫情防控期间中职生情绪调节与心理健康关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨新冠疫情防控期间中职生情绪调节与心理健康的关系。方法:采用情绪调节问卷和心理健康量表对7786名中职生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)男生的表达抑制得分明显高于女生;(2)父母文化水平较高的中职生更倾向于采用认知重评策略来调节情绪;(3)相关分析显示,认知重评与心理健康呈显著负相关,表达抑制与心理健康呈显著正相关;(4)通过回归分析发现,认知重评显著负向预测心理健康,表达抑制显著正向预测心理健康。结论:认知重评和表达抑制对中职生的心理健康具有显著的预测作用。 Objective:To explore the relationship between emotion regulation and mental health during COVID-19 prevention and control.Methods:A total of 7786 secondary vocational students were investigated with the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire andMental Health Scale.Result:(1)The expression inhibition score of male students was significantly higher than that of female students.(2)Secondary vocational students whose parents have higher educational level are more likely to adopt cognitive reappraisal strategy to regulate their emotions.(3)The correlation analysis showed that cognitive reappraisal was significantly negatively correlated with mental health,and expression inhibition was significantly positively correlated with mental health.(4)Through regression analysis,we found that cognitive reappraisal significantly negatively predicted mental health,expression inhibition significantly positively predicted mental health.Conclusion:Cognitive reappraisal and expression inhibition had significant predication for the mental health of secondary vocational schoolstudents.
