某铁矿不同磁选工艺试验研究

摘要 某铁矿中TFe品位为38.08%,MFe品位为33.08%,铁主要赋存在磁性铁中。磁选铁矿物主要为磁铁矿,磁铁矿以粗粒嵌布为主,存在部分细粒嵌布磁铁矿。针对矿石特点,本文采用"粗粒湿式预选"可预先抛除24.47%产率的尾矿,提高入磨品位;采用"阶段磨矿-阶段弱磁选-淘洗精选-中矿再磨再选"工艺进行试验,最终可获得TFe品位65.04%、含硫0.21%的铁精矿。该工艺利于降低最终入选粒度,降低磨机能耗,可为同类矿石矿山可持续开发和综合回收提供重要的参考。 The grade of TFe in an iron ore is 38.08%, the grade of MFe is 33.08%, iron mainly occurs in the magnetic iron, magnetic separation iron minerals are mainly magnetite, magnetite is mainly coarse grain dissemination, there are some fine grain dissemination magnetite. According to the characteristics of the ore, different magnetic separation process tests were carried out. The 24.47% yield tailings can be eliminated in advance by using the "coarse-grained wet pre-concentration" to improve the grinding grade. The process of "stage grinding-stage low intensity magnetic separation-washing and cleaning-middling regrinding and reseparation" was used to test. Finally, an iron concentrate with TFe grade of 65.04% and sulfur content of 0.21%was obtained, which was beneficial to reducing the final milling size and energy consumption of the mill.It can provide important reference for the sustainable development and comprehensive recovery of similar ore mines.
