西藏甲玛某含钼铜精矿浮选分离试验

摘要 西藏甲玛某含钼铜精矿含Cu 22.61%、Mo 0.41%、Re 4.27g/t。含钼铜精矿中铜矿物主要为黄铜矿,其次为斑铜矿;钼矿物主要为辉钼矿。采用"浮钼抑铜"的原则工艺,通过对选矿工艺参数优化,以六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,硫化钠为铜抑制剂,协同捕收剂煤油的作用,采用"一粗五精二扫"的浮选工艺,粗精矿艾砂磨至P80=-22μm,可获得含Cu 1.58%、Mo 48.51%、Re 476.4g/t,Cu损失率0.06%、Mo回收率95.21%、Re回收率90.71%的钼精矿;铜精矿含Mo 0.02%、Cu 22.78%,Cu回收率99.94%。实现了该铜精矿中钼资源的回收,经济效益显著,同时可为同类矿石开发提供借鉴。 A molybdenum containing copper concentrate in Jiama, Tibet contains 22.61% Cu, 0.41% Mo and 4.27 g/t re. The copper mineral in the molybdenum containing copper concentrate is mainly chalcopyrite, followed by bornite, and the molybdenum mineral is mainly molybdenite.The principle process of “floating molybdenum and restraining copper”is adopted.Through the optimization of beneficiation process parameters, with sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersant, sodium sulfide as copper inhibitor and the role of collector kerosene, the flotation process of “one coarse, five fine and two sweeping” is adopted to grind the coarse concentrate to P80=-22μm.Molybdenum concentrate with Cu content of 1.58%, Mo content of 48.51%,RE content of 476.4 g/t, Cu operation loss rate of 0.06%, Mo operation recovery rate of 95.21% and re operation recovery rate of 90.71% can be obtained. Copper concentrate with Mo content of 0.02%, Cu content of 22.78% and Cu operation recovery rate of 99.94%. The recovery of molybdenum resources in the copper concentrate is realized, and the economic benefit is remarkable. At the same time, it can provide reference for the development of similar ores.
