摘要
在硬质合金制造生产过程中,尤其是超粗颗粒的合金牌号,容易生成Co池,钴池的存在降低了合金的机械性能,为了减少或避免超粗颗粒硬质合金Co池的产生,本文从多个角度入手,研究了Co池产生与具体工艺条件的关联,发现RTP粒子的化学成分偏析对Co池的产生也有一定影响。
In process of manufacture the tungsten carbide alloy, especially coarse grain alloy, we often find Co-pool existed in alloy that decrease the strength and it is not acceptable. In order to avoid Co-pool, we analyzed the problem in a few of perspectives, studied the relation between various parameters and Co-pool. We find the chemical segregation of RTP particle influenced the Co-pool greatly.
