耐候防腐焊接用钢的生产工艺研究与应用

摘要 本文介绍了耐候焊接用钢T55-G盘圆生产过程,经过剖析各合金元素对耐候焊丝焊接功能的影响,结合耐大气腐蚀指数、抗裂纹敏感系数,确定化学成分范围,选择合理的冶炼、浇注、轧制工艺参数等措施,形成了量化生产耐候焊丝钢的工艺。使用独特的冷却工艺对盘圆进行冷却,避免有害组织出现,生产出强度高、耐腐蚀等综合性能优良的盘圆。 This paper introduced the production process of weather resistant welding steel T55-G wire rod. By analyzing the influence of various alloy elements on the welding function of weather resistant welding wire, combining with the atmospheric corrosion resistance index and anti crack sensitivity coefficient, the chemical composition range is determined, and the reasonable smelting, pouring and rolling process parameters are selected, the quantitative production process of weather resistant welding wire steel is formed. The unique cooling process is used to cool the wire rod to avoid the appearance of harmful structure. The wire rod with high strength and corrosion resistance is produced.
