重大突发公共卫生事件中政府新闻发布会效果研究——以墨西哥政府新冠肺炎疫情新闻发布会为例

Research on the Effect of Government’s News Conferences During Major Public Health Emergencies:A Case Study of the Mexican Government’s News Conferences During COVID-19

在应对重大突发公共卫生事件过程中,政府应当做好信息公开。新闻发布会是政府向媒体和民众公开信息的重要渠道,是政府应对重大突发公共卫生事件的重要工具,运用得当能够满足民众的知情权,指导民众与政府在重大突发公共卫生事件应对中形成合力,甚至能变危为机。通过对墨西哥联邦政府在第一波新冠肺炎疫情期间召开的每日疫情情况报告新闻发布会进行研究和评估,可以看出重大突发公共卫生事件发生后,政府新闻发布会应当做到及时主动、真实详尽,并适当体现人文关怀。

In responding to major public health emergencies,the government has the responsibility to disclose the information.News conference is an important channel for the government to disclose information to the media and the public,and also an important tool for the government to respond to major public health emergencies.When the government uses it properly,it can satisfy the people’s right for knowing,guide the public to form a synergy in response to major public health emergencies,and even turn crises into opportunities.A study and evaluation of the daily news conferences held by the Mexican Federal Government during the first wave of the COVID-19 shows that,after the major public health emergency,the government’s news conference is suggested to be timely,proactive,truthful,detailed,and appropriately humanistic.
