国内外两癌筛查服务影响因素文献计量分析

Bibliometric analysis of global scientific research on influence factors of cervical and breast cancer screening services

文章以中国知网(CNKI)、万方、Web of Science为检索数据库,使用CiteSpace和VOS-viewer对国内外两癌(乳腺癌、宫颈癌)筛查服务影响因素研究进行文献计量学分析,共纳入分析104篇中文文献和629篇外文文献,对比国内外研究现状和前沿热点,为我国该主题研究和实践提供参考与借鉴。结果显示,国内外发文总量均呈平稳增长趋势,国内与国外相比差距较大。国外研究开展较早,在内容上更加深化和细化,国内相关的研究起步迟,本土化的理论构建相对缺乏。我国学者应对供方两癌筛查影响因素研究给予更多关注,建立相关理论模型,设计有效干预方案,从而提高我国妇女两癌筛查依从性。

This article used the search databases of CNKI,Wanfang and Web of Science,and used CiteSpace and VOS viewer to conduct bibliometric analysis of influence factors of cervical and breast cancer screening services in China and abroad.A total of 104 Chinese articles and 629 foreign articles were included in the analysis.Domestic and overseas research status and frontier hot spots were compared so as to provide reference for the research and practice in this field in China.The results showed that the overall number of published papers in this field was steadily increasing,and there was a big gap between domestic and foreign studies.Foreign studies were carried out earlier and the content was more deepened and refined.In contrast,domestic research started late,and the theoretical construction of localization was relatively lacking.It was suggested that Chinese scholars pay more attention to providers’influencing factors of cervical and breast cancer screening services,establish relevant theory models,develop effective intervention plans so as to improve women’s adherence to the cervical and breast cancer screening services.
