外源褪黑素对干旱胁迫下大豆氮代谢及产量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以大豆品种绥农26为供试品种,利用盆栽称重法进行干旱胁迫处理,研究外源褪黑素对干旱胁迫条件下大豆叶片氮代谢关键酶活性,植株各器官酰脲含量、硝态氮含量、铵态氮含量、氮素积累以及产量的影响。结果表明:干旱胁迫导致氮代谢关键酶活性降低,无机氮含量增加,氮素积累和转运受阻,产量降低。外源褪黑素可显著提高干旱胁迫下大豆叶片氮代谢关键酶活性,抑制铵态氮与硝态氮的过量产生,增加酰脲含量,促进全株氮素积累量提高,有利于氮素同化和转运。干旱胁迫下外源褪黑素可在一定程度上提高单株粒数,并显著提高百粒重,较干旱胁迫处理增产幅度达10.86%。 The effects of exogenous melatonin on the activities of key enzymes in nitrogen metabolism,the contents of urea,nitrate,ammonium and nitrogen in plant organs,nitrogen accumulation and yield of soybean cultivar Suinong 26 were studied under drought stress.The results showed that drought stress reduced the activities of key enzymes in nitrogen metabolism,increased the content of inorganic nitrogen,hindered the accumulation and transport of nitrogen,and reduced the yield of nitrogen.Exogenous melatonin could significantly increase the activities of key enzymes of nitrogen metabolism in soybean leaves under drought stress,inhibit the excessive production of ammonium and nitrate nitrogen,increase the content of onylurea,promote the accumulation of nitrogen in the whole plant,and facilitate the assimilation and transport of nitrogen.Under drought stress,exogenous melatonin could increase grain number per plant and 100-grain weight significantly,and the yield increase was up to 10.86%compared with that under drought stress.
