农业产业集群与农产品电商协同发展机理--以安徽砀山酥梨产业集群为例

Mechanism of Collaborative Development Between Agricultural Industry Cluster and Agricultural Products E-commerce--Take Dangshan Pear Industry Cluster in Anhui Province as an Example

以我国农业产业集群亟待转型升级、农产品电商需要高质量发展为现实背景,以农业区域出现的农业产业集群和农产品电商同时存在并相互加强现象为基础,探索农业产业集群与农产品电商协同发展机理,并通过安徽砀山酥梨产业集群进行例证。结论表明:(1)农业产业集群和农产品电商两个独立系统通过客体要素进行融合交互,实现各自发展和协同发展;(2)农业产业集群为农产品电商发展奠定坚实的基础设施和产业基础,集群内的知识溢出为农产品电商营建良好的发展氛围;(3)农产品电商促进产业集群“一、二、三”产融合和农产品品质品种优化,进一步拉动价值链升级和提升供应链效率,进一步增强集群吸聚能力;(4)县级政府政策和扶持助力复合系统协同发展。研究结论为两者协同发展提供理论支撑,通过促进协同发展实现农业产业集群转型发展和农产品电商高质量发展目标。

Under the realistic background of the urgent need for transformation and upgrading of China’s agricultural industry cluster and the need for high-quality development of agricultural products e-commerce,based on the phenomenon that agricultural industry cluster and agricultural products e-commerce coexist and strengthen each other in China’s agricultural regions,the collaborative development mechanism of agricultural industry cluster and agricultural products e-commerce were explored,and through Dangshan pear industry cluster in Anhui province as an example.The conclusion showed that:(1)the two independent systems of agricultural industry cluster and agricultural products e-commerce achieve their own development and collaborative development through the integration and interaction of object elements;(2)Agricultural industry cluster laid a solid foundation for the development of agricultural products e-commerce,knowledge spillover within the cluster provided a good development atmosphere for agricultural products e-commerce;(3)Agricultural products e-commerce promoted the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries and the optimization of agricultural products quality,further promoted the upgrading of value chain and the efficiency of supply chain,and further enhanced the cluster's ability of attracting and gathering;(4)The policy and support of county government assistants collaborative development of the compound system.The research conclusions provided theoretical support for the collaborative development of the agricultural industry cluster and agricultural products e-commerce,and achieved the goals of transformation of agricultural industry cluster and high-quality development of agricultural products e-commerce by promoting the collaborative development.
