摘要
基于激励-保健理论,运用因子分析方法从工作数量、工作质量、学习创新3个维度衡量工作绩效。以公立医院为例,通过分析353名医护人员的有效问卷发现:个体工作满意度与其工作数量、工作质量、创新绩效正相关;工作满意度与成员间的合作正相关;成员间合作对工作满意度和工作数量起完全中介作用,对工作满意度和工作质量起完全中介作用;成员间合作对工作满意度和创新绩则仅起部分中介作用。公共部门中个体工作满意度对其工作绩效各维度的提升至关重要。
This paper uses factor analysis to measure job performance from three dimensions:job quantity,job quality and learning innovation based on motivation-health theory.Take public hospitals for example,through the analysis of the effective questionnaire of 353 nurses:job satisfaction is positively correlated with the quantity of work,job quality,learning innovation;job satisfaction is positively related to cooperation;cooperation plays a full intermediary role in job satisfaction and job quantity,and fully intermediary on job satisfaction and job quality;cooperation only partially mediates job satisfaction and learning innovation.In summary,it is shown that job satisfaction is very important to the improvement of all dimensions of job performance.
