摘要
模糊数和区间直觉模糊集(interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy set,IVIFS)被用于解决不确定和不精确数值的模型问题。从1989年开始,众多学者先后进行了模糊数和区间直觉模糊集排序的研究,但至今还没有给出适合排列任意2个区间直觉模糊集的通用方法。在分析现有区间直觉模糊集的得分函数和精度函数存在的不足后,提出了一种新的精确函数。首先,针对区间直觉模糊环境下的多准则决策问题,利用区间直觉模糊加权算子对各备选方案对应的模糊信息进行聚合,得出综合属性值;其次,依据新的精确函数计算出各备选方案的得分,比较各备选方案的排序情况和综合准确度,选择最理想方案;最后,通过实例验证了该方法的实用性和有效性。
The fuzzy numbers and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets are used to solve model problems with uncertain and imprecise values.Since 1989,many scholars have studied the ranking of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets,but there is no general method to rank any two interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets.In this paper,after analyzing the shortcomings of the existing score function and accuracy function of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets,a new accuracy function is proposed.Aiming at the multi-criteria decision making problem under interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets environment,the fuzzy information corresponding to each alternative is aggregated by interval intuitionistic fuzzy weighting operator,and the comprehensive criteria value is obtained.The score of each alternative is calculated using the new accuracy function.The ranking and synthesis accuracy of each alternative are compared,and the optimal alternative is selected.Finally,an example is given to verify the practicability and effectiveness of this method.
