贝那普利联合美托洛尔运用于社区高血压心衰患者的治疗效果

摘要 目的:探讨贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗社区高血压心衰患者的临床效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年5月收治社区高血压心衰患者共计200例,按不同治疗方法分为两组,每组各100例。对照组采用贝那普利治疗;研究组采用贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗。对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果:与对照组相比,研究组治疗总有效率明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVSED)均明显低于对照组,左心室射血分数(LVEF)及6 min步行试验距离均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区高血压心衰患者采用贝那普利联合美托洛尔治疗的效果明显,可改善患者临床症状、心率、心功能与运动功能。 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of benazepril and metoprolol in the treatment of community patients with hypertensive heart failure.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2020,200 patients with hypertensive heart failure in community were treated and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods with 100 cases in each group.Control group was treated with benazepril.Study group was treated with benazepril combined with metoprolol.The treatment effects between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of study group was significantly higher than that of control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVSED)in study group were significantly lower than those in control group,and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and 6-min walking distance were higher than those in control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Benazepril combined with metoprolol is effective in the treatment of community patients with hypertensive heart failure,and can improve clinical symptoms,heart rate,cardiac function and motor function of patients.
