阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪对冠心病的应用疗效及对心功能水平的影响

Application Efficacy of Atorvastatin Combined with Trimetazidine on Coronary Heart Disease and Its Influence on Cardiac Function Level

目的:分析研究阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪对冠心病的应用疗效及对心功能水平的影响。方法:选择本院2017年12月-2020年12月接收的冠心病患者240例作为研究对象,将其分为对照组120例(给予常规治疗),观察组120例(给予阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗),对比治疗效果、心功能水平、炎性因子水平。结果:分析治疗效果,和对照组(87.50%)相比,观察组治疗有效率(97.50%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心功能水平,包括左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)(43.42±3.89)mm、左心室舒张末内径(LVEDD)(59.02±2.52)mm低于对照组,左室射血分数(LVEF)(50.08±5.35)%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)(106.11±23.02)ng/L、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)(4.95±0.85)g/L、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)(31.59±8.69)ng/L等炎性因子水平较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗,对冠心病患者具有降低炎性因子水平、提高心功能水平的效果,疗效确切,在临床中值得应用和推广。

Objective:To analyze and study the application efficacy of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine on coronary heart disease and its influence on the level of cardiac function.Methods:From December 2017 to December 2020,240 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to by this hospital were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group of 120 cases(conventional treatment)and the observation group of 120 cases(treatment with atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine).The therapeutic effect,the level of cardiac function,and the level of inflammatory factors were compared.Results:By analysis,the effective rate of treatment was higher in the observation group(97.50%)than in the control group(87.50%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The levels of cardiac function in the observation group had lower left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD)(43.42±3.89)mm and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)(59.02±2.52)mm,and higher left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)(50.08±5.35)%compared with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors such as tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)(106.11±23.02)ng/L,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)(4.95±0.85)g/L and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)(31.59±8.69)ng/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine treatment can reduce the level of inflammatory factors and improve the level of cardiac function in patients with coronary heart disease.The curative effect is definite,and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
