高流量呼吸湿化治疗仪在气管插管患者脱机后的应用

Endotracheal Intubation after Off-Line Treatment

目的:探究气管插管患者脱机后应用高流量呼吸湿化治疗仪的效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2020年8月接受气管插管的患者106例,随机分为两组,各53例。甲组接受常规人工吸氧;乙组接受高流量呼吸湿化治疗仪治疗。比较两组患者治疗后血气指标水平和拔管成功率。结果:乙组治疗后血氧饱和度和动脉血氧分压水平均高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组拔管成功率高于甲组,再插管率明显低于甲组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙组的痰痂形成率明显低于甲组,湿化效果明显高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在气管插管患者脱机后,采用高流量呼吸湿化治疗仪的效果确切,能够有效改善患者血气指标水平,还可以提高拔管成功率,降低再插管率,而且能够提高湿化效果,降低其痰痂发生率。

Objective:To explore the effect of high flow respiratory humidification therapy apparatus in patients with endotracheal intubation after off-line treatment.Methods:From June 2018 to August 2020,106 patients who received endotracheal intubation were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 53 patients in each group.Group A received conventional artificial oxygen inhalation.Group B received high flow respiratory humidification therapy.Blood gas index levels and extubation success rate were compared between the two groups of patients after treatment.Results:After treatment,blood oxygen saturation and arterial partial pressure of oxygen in the group B were higher than those in the group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of extubation in the group B was higher than that in the group A,and the re-intubation rate was significantly lower than that in the group A,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of phlegm scab formation in the group B was significantly lower than that in the group A,and the moisturizing effect was significantly higher than that in the group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the patients with endotracheal intubation receive the off-line treatment,the use of high flow respiratory humidification therapy apparatus has a definite effect,it can effectively improve the patient's level of blood gas index,increase the success rate of extubation,reduce the rate of re-intubation,improve the moisturizing effect and decrease the rate of phlegm scab formation.
