血清外泌体中miR-155与儿童癫痫相关性分析

摘要 目的:分析癫痫患儿血清外泌体中miR-155的表达及临床意义。方法:选取2020年2月-2021年2月癫痫患儿50例,作为癫痫组;另选取同期健康体检儿童50例,作为健康组。运用qRT-PCR法测定外泌体miR-155表达,统计分析两组儿童血清外泌体miR-155表达,分析儿童癫痫早期诊断中miR-155的价值。结果:癫痫组血清外泌体miR-155表达水平高于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用SPSS软件绘制ROC曲线,敏感度、1-特异度分别为纵坐标、横坐标。AUC=0.811,诊断临界值为1.490时,敏感度、特异度分别为83.30%、7.00%。结论:癫痫患儿血清外泌体中miR-155表达升高,因此其可能在癫痫的发病中参与,能够为临床早期诊断儿童癫痫提供有效依据,在miR-155表达超过1.490时,提示可能发生癫痫。 Objective:To analyze the expression and clinical significance of miR-155 in serum exosomes of children with epilepsy.Methods:From February 2020 to February 2021,50 children with epilepsy were selected as the epilepsy group.In addition,50 children with healthy physical examination during the same period were selected as the healthy group.The expression of miR-155 in serum exosomes was measured by qRT-PCR.The expression of serum exosomal miR-155 in the two groups was statistically analyzed,and the value of miR-155 in the early diagnosis of childhood epilepsy was analyzed.Results:The expression level of serum exosomal miR-155 in the epilepsy group was significantly higher than that in the healthy group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ROC curve was drawn by SPSS software.The sensitivity and 1-specificity were ordinate and abscissa respectively.At AUC of 0.811 and diagnostic threshold of 1.490,the sensitivity and specificity were 83.30%and 7.00%respectively.Conclusion:The expression of miR-155 increases in serum exosomes of children with epilepsy,therefore it is possibly involved in the onset of epilepsy and can provide an effective basis for early clinical diagnosis of epilepsy in children.When the miR-155 expression exceeds 1.490,it may indicate epilepsy.
