瑞巴派特联合抗生素三联疗法对成人活动期胃溃疡患者血清炎性因子水平的影响

Effect of Rebamipide Combined Antibiotics Triple Therapy on Serum Inflammatory Factor Levels in Adult Patients with Active Gastric Ulcer

目的:分析瑞巴派特联合抗生素三联疗法对成人活动期胃溃疡患者血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法:以本院2019年1-9月收治的50例成人活动期胃溃疡病例为研究对象,进行随机平均分组,即对照组与研究组。对照组给予抗生素三联疗法;研究组给予瑞巴派特联合抗生素三联疗法。比较两组患者治疗前后炎性因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果:研究组治疗后超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)较同期对照组更低(P<0.05);不良反应发生率研究组较同期对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论:采用瑞巴派特联合抗生素三联疗法治疗成人活动期胃溃疡,取得的效果较好,能够加快胃黏膜的修复速度,减少不良反应的发生。

Objective:To analyze the effects of rebamipide combined antibiotics triple therapy on the levels of serum inflammatory factors in adult patients with active gastric ulcer.Methods:Fifty adults of active gastric ulcer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to September 2019 were selected as the study subjects and were randomly divided into two equal groups:control group and study group.The control group was given antibiotics triple therapy.The study group was given rebamipide combined antibiotics triple therapy.The levels of inflammatory factors and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the hypersensitive C-reactive protein(HS-CRP)and interleukin(IL-6)levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group during the same period(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group during the same period(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of rebamipide combined antibiotics triple therapy in the treatment of active gastric ulcer in adults has achieved better results,which can speed up the repair of gastric mucosa and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
