Objective:To explore the clinical effects and accuracy of conventional urine test and biochemical test in the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,80 patients with diabetes mellitus were admitted and divided into two groups. The control group was diagnosed by conventional urine testing;the observation group was diagnosed by biochemical testing, and 40 non-diabetic patients during the same period were included as group A.The blood glucose indicators of the observation group and group A were compared, the diagnosis accuracy, misdiagnosis rate, missed diagnosis rate and patient satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were compared. Results:The urine glucose, fasting blood glucose(FBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA_(1c)),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG)and glucose load 2 h oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT 2 h)blood glucose of the observation group were higher than those of group A.The diagnosis accuracy and satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the misdiagnosis rate was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying biochemical tests to diagnose diabetic patients has a higher accuracy of clinical diagnosis, which can reduce the chance of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis, and improve patient satisfaction significantly.
