围术期快速康复护理在微创肝胆外科手术患者中的应用效果观察

Observation of Application Effect of Perioperative Rapid Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Minimally Invasive Hepatobiliary Surgery

目的:观察围术期快速康复护理在微创肝胆外科手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取我院微创肝胆外科2020年3月-2021年3月行手术治疗患者64例,全部患者给予围术期护理,以随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组各32例,参照组给予常规护理,观察组给予快速康复护理,比较两组术后早期恢复情况、疼痛感受评分、术前及术后负性情绪评分,并比较两组患者对围术期护理的总体评价。结果:观察组术后早期恢复时间总体短于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后疼痛评分、术前及术后负性情绪评分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组对围术期护理的总体评价整体高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创肝胆外科手术患者的围术期护理中,采取快速康复护理能够促进患者术后早期恢复,减轻手术疼痛感及负性情绪,也能够获得患者较高满意度,护理价值显著。

Objective:To observe the application effect of perioperative rapid rehabilitation nursing in patients with minimally invasive hepatobiliary surgery.Methods:A total of 64 patients undergoing surgical treatment from March 2020 to March 2021 in Minimally Invasive Hepatobiliary Surgery Department of our hospital were selected.All patients were given perioperative nursing.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing.Postoperative early recovery,pain perception score,preoperative and postoperative negative emotional score in the two groups were compared.The overall evaluation of perioperative nursing in the two groups was also compared.Results:The postoperative early recovery time of the observation group was generally shorter than that of the reference group(P<0.05);postoperative pain score,preoperative and postoperative negative emotional scores of the observation group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05);the overall evaluation of perioperative nursing of the observation group was generally higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the perioperative nursing of patients undergoing minimally invasive hepatobiliary surgery,the use of rapid rehabilitation nursing can promote the early recovery of patients after surgery,alleviate the sense of pain and negative emotions,and also can obtain a higher satisfaction degree of patients,the nursing value is significant.
