系统护理对慢性胃炎患者疗效、不良心理及生活质量的影响

Effect of Systematic Nursing on Curative Effect,Adverse Psychology and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Gastritis

目的:分析系统护理对慢性胃炎患者疗效、不良心理和生活质量的影响。方法:以我院2018年10月-2020年10月的74例慢性胃炎病例为研究对象,随机数字表法平均分为两组,每组37例。对照组给予常规护理;观察组在常规护理基础上运用系统护理。比较两组患者临床疗效、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分及生活质量评分。结果:治疗总有效率观察组较对照组更高(P<0.05);经护理SAS、SDS评分观察组较对照组更低,SF-36评分观察组较对照组更高,2项结果组间对比均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性胃炎患者进行系统护理,能够提升临床疗效,并改善患者不良心理状态,且有利于改善患者生活质量。

Objective:To analyze the effects of systematic nursing on curative effect,adverse psychology and quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis.Methods:Seventy-four cases of chronic gastritis in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into two equal groups by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The observation group received systematic nursing on the basis of routine nursing.Clinical efficacy,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After nursing,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while SF-36 scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic nursing for patients with chronic gastritis can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the adverse psychological state of patients,and improve the quality of life of patients.
