青春期前特发性矮小症儿童生长激素激发试验的不良反应及护理

Adverse Reactions and Nursing Care of Growth Hormone Stimulation Test in Children with Prepubertal Idiopathic Short Stature

目的:分析青春期前特发性矮小症儿童生长激素激发试验的不良反应及护理策略。方法:2019年6月-2020年5月收治青春期前特发性矮小症患儿100例,均实施儿童生长激素激发试验;随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理措施;观察组采用专项护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:在儿童生长激素激发试验下,两组患儿不同时间点的生长激素分泌峰值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患儿不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家属满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对青春期前特发性矮小症儿童应用生长激素激发试验,需加强护理引导,降低试验导致的不良反应,提升患儿治疗依从性,有助于确保试验顺利开展。

Objective:To analyze the adverse reactions and nursing strategies of growth hormone stimulation test in children with prepubertal idiopathic short stature.Methods:From June 2019 to May 2020,100 children with prepubertal idiopathic short stature were selected,all of them underwent childhood growth hormone stimulation test.They were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group adopted conventional nursing measures.The observation group adopted special nursing care.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:Under the childhood growth hormone stimulation test,there was no significant difference in the peak secretion of growth hormone between the two groups at different time points(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the application of growth hormone stimulation test for children with prepubertal idiopathic short stature,it is necessary to strengthen nursing guidance,reduce the adverse reactions caused by the test,improve the compliance of the children with treatment,and ensure the smooth development of the test.
