摘要
目的:了解学习动机、自我效能感对医学生学习倦怠的影响。方法:采用分层随机抽样方法从福建某高等医学院校抽取750名医学生进行问卷调查。结果:医学生的学习倦怠总得分为(2.58±0.53)分;医学生学习倦怠总得分与自我效能感、学习动机呈负相关;自我效能感调节了学习动机与学习倦怠间的关系。结论:高等医学院校要帮助医学生端正学习动机,提高其自我效能感,以降低学习倦怠感。
Objective:To explore the influence of study motivation and self-efficacy on learning burnout of medical students.Methods:A stratified random sampling method was used to select 750 medical students from a medical college in Fujian province through a questionnaire survey.Results:The total score of learning burnout of medical students was(2.58±0.53);the total score of learning burnout was negatively correlated with self-efficacy,study motivation and its dimensions of interest in learning,ability pursuit,and altruistic orientation;self-efficacy adjusted the relationship between study motivation and learning burnout.Conclusion:The educators of medical university should help their students correct the study motivation and improve their sense of self-efficacy to reduce learning burnout.
