医学高等专科学校新生艾滋病教育干预效果评价

Evaluation of AIDS education intervention for freshmen in a medical college

目的:通过调查,明确干预后学生的艾滋病相关知识知晓状况,探索在校大学新生预防艾滋病效果最佳的教育方法。方法:采用整群抽样的方法选取某医学高等专科学校2019级所有专业1400名新生作为调查对象,采用自制问卷调查艾滋病防治相关知识、艾滋病防治相关态度和行为。结果:艾滋病相关知识干预前后差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=13.49,P<0.05)。教育干预后,对艾滋病病毒感染者持积极态度的学生明显增加(P<0.05),但是性行为发生使用安全套在干预前后无明显差异(P>0.05)。

Objective:To explore the best educational method of AIDS prevention for the freshmen of college by investigating the AIDS awareness status after the intervention.Methods:The cluster sampling was adopted to select 1,400 freshmen of grade 2019,and self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the knowledge,attitudes and practice related to AIDS.Results:The difference after intervention was statistically significant(χ^(2)=13.49,P<0.05).After the education intervention,the number of students with positive attitudes towards HIV infection increased significantly(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the use condoms after the intervention(P>0.05).
