基于二级院系层面的护理实践教学基地同质化管理的应用研究

Applied research on homogenization management of nursing practice teaching base based on secondary colleges and departments

护理临床教学基地是培养专业人才的重要阵地,其教学管理效果直接影响护理人才的培养质量。文章旨在医教协同背景下,立足于高校二级院系管理的角度,审视、构建并应用临床实习基地规范化运行与管理指标体系,推行实习四大专项活动,对教学基地进行同质化管理,减少或消除各实习基地管理水平参差不齐、教学运行与质量监控不规范等现存问题,缩小了基地间教学管理水平的差距,提高了教学基地整体教学质量。

Nursing clinical teaching base is an important position for training professional talents,and its teaching management effect directly affects the training quality of nursing talents.This paper aims to examine,construct and apply the standardized operation and management index system of clinical practice base,carry out four special activities of practice,carry out homogeneous management of teaching base,and reduce or eliminate the existing problems such as uneven management level of each practice base and non-standard teaching operation and quality monitoring,It has narrowed the gap of teaching management level between bases and improved the overall teaching quality of teaching bases.
