摘要
随着现代医学的高速发展,临床医学的分工分类越来越细化,对于各个研究领域的不断深入,各科诊疗水平的飞速提升无疑是大有裨益的。然而这样的医疗模式势必也存在一些不足,尤其是缺乏针对患病个体的整体性、综合性、一体化预防诊疗能力,从而很难实现第一时间为个人、家庭乃至社区提供有效全面的医疗保健服务的目标。基于此,文章对于国内外全科医生现状及未来发展的问题进行了思考和探索。
With the rapid development of modern medicine,the division of clinical medicine is more and more refined,which brings great benefit to the deepening of each research field and the fast improvement of diagnosis and treatment.However,such a medical model is bound to have some shortcomings,especially the lack of integrated,comprehensive,integrated prevention and treatment capabilities for patients,so it is difficult to achieve the goal of providing effective and comprehensive medical care services for individuals,families and even communities.Considering this,in recent years,we have concentrated and explored the current situation and future development of general practitioners at home and abroad.
