摘要
用于电动汽车的非接触充电桩,其传输功率峰值高,如何提高充电效率和优化电路的结构是研究热点。此处提出非接触供电系统,采用三相六桥臂全桥斩波电路将直流电转换成三相高频交流电,其传输功率的能力强,且输出电流脉动比单相四桥臂斩波电路小,可有效减小滤波电容的体积。该电路的三相斩波占空比可在38%~50%之间调节。在不改变拓扑结构的前提下,该电路可以切换为单相四桥臂斩波电路传输功率。实验结果验证了电路的可行性,当输出功率为1.08kW时效率达到94.6%。
Contactless charging pile for electric vehicles has high peak of transmission power.How to improve the charging efficiency and optimize the circuit structure is a research hotspot.A contactless power supply system is proposed,which uses three-phase six-leg full bridge chopper circuit to convert direct current into three-phase high-frequency alternating current.It has strong power transmission ability,and the output current ripple is smaller than that of single-phase four-leg chopper circuit,which can effectively reduce the volume of filter capacitor.The three-phase chopper duty cycle of the circuit can be adjusted between 38% and 50%.Without changing the topology,the circuit can be switched to a single-phase four-leg chopper circuit to transmit power.The experimental results verify the feasibility of the circuit,and the efficiency reaches 94.6% when the output power is 1.08 kW.
