摘要
作为一种全球负担性疾病,冠心病的发病率和死亡率都在逐渐增加,因此怎样更好地防范和诊治冠心病一直是国内外学者研究的热点话题。近些年来,随着医学模式的转变,除血脂异常等传统冠心病危险因素外,心理因素与冠心病之间的相互作用与联系也日益受到众多学者的重视,国内外已有研究在冠心病心理障碍的诊疗等多个方面取得了一定进展,本文将尝试就此加以阐述。
As a global burden disease,the incidence and mortality of Coronary Heart Disease are gradually increasing,so how to better prevent and treat coronary heart disease has been a hot topic in modern medical research of scholars at home and abroad.In recent years,with the change of medical model,in addition to the traditional risk factors of coronary heart disease such as dyslipidemia,the interaction and relationship between psychological factors and coronary heart disease have been paid more and more attention by many scholars.Domestic and foreign studies have made some progress in the diagnosis and treatment of psychological disorders of coronary heart disease,which will be reviewed in this paper.
