摘要
以官能团丰富的葡萄糖酸(GA)和3,4-二羟基苯基丙酸(DHHCA)为单体,在无水磷酸氢二钠的催化下进行真空熔融缩聚,通过简单的一锅法制备了结构不同的仿贻贝生物基胶粘剂P(GA-DHHCA)。研究结果表明:P(GA-DHHCA)粘接性能良好,在玻璃上的粘接强度达到4.9 MPa;接枝儿茶酚提高了P(GADHHCA)的界面黏附力,胶粘剂在铝板和铁板上的黏合性能大幅度改善,最大粘接强度分别为2.9和3.0 MPa。
Using gluconic acid(GA)with abundant functional groups and 3,4-dihydroxy-hydrocinnamic acid(DHHCA)as monomers,vacuum melt polycondensation was carried out under the catalysis of anhydrous disodium hydrogen phosphate,and mussel mimetic bio-based adhesive P(GA-DHHCA)with different structures was prepared by a simple one-pot method.The research results showed that P(GA-DHHCA)had good bonding performance,and the bonding strength on glass could reach 4.9 MPa.The interfacial adhesion of P(GA-DHHCA)was improved by grafting catechol,the bonding performance of the adhesive on aluminum and steel plates was greatly improved,and the maximum bonding strength was 2.9 MPa and 3.0 MPa,respectively.
