Modern Hospital Management based on Supply Chain Management

建立现代医院管理模式是提高医院竞争力的紧迫要求,也是医院改革发展的必然趋势。然而,目前很多问题阻碍着医院管理现代化的实现。因此,本研究针对目前医院内部管理存在的问题,在借鉴国外医院管理模式的基础上,从供应链管理角度提出一系列改进建议,以期逐步建立以“手段先进”为核心标准的现代医院管理体系。

The establishment of modern hospital management mode is an urgent requirement to improve the competitiveness of hospitals,and also an inevitable trend of hospital reform and development.However,many problems are hindering the modernization of hospital management.Therefore,aiming at the problems existing in the current internal management of hospitals,this study puts forward a series of suggestions for improvement from the perspective of supply chain management on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign hospital management modes so that a modern hospital management system with“advanced means”as the core standard is gradually established.
