摘要
为解决传统亚麻煮漂工序耗水耗能高环境污染严重、经济成本高的问题,提出以超临界CO_(2)流体为介质,以复配生物酶(木聚糖酶纤维素酶和葡萄糖氧化酶)为煮漂剂对亚麻粗纱进行超临界CO_(2)煮漂研究超临界CO_(2)流体中煮漂条件对亚麻粗纱白度的影响。试验结果表明,在生物酶质量分数3%.生物酶复配比1:2:1(纤维素酶:木聚糖酶:葡萄糖氧化酶)、温度50℃、压力15MPa和时间90min的条件下,亚麻粗纱白度可达42.5%。同时,初步探讨了超临界CO_(2)生物酶体系下亚麻粗纱的煮漂机理。
In order to solve the problems of large water consumption,serious environmental pollution and high economic cost in traditional flax scouring and bleaching process,supercritical CO_(2)fluid is used as the medium and complex biological enzymes(xylanase,cellulase and glucose oxidase)are used as the scouring and bleaching agent for flax rove.The effect of scouring and bleaching condition on the whiteness of flax rove is systematically studied.The results show that when the dosage of enzyme is 3%,the ratio of enzyme is 1:2:1(cellulase:xylanase:glucose oxidase),and treating at 50℃for 90 min with the pressure of 15 MPa,the whiteness of flax rove can reach 42.5%.Meanwhile,the mechanism of scouring and bleaching for flax rove is also discussed with biological enzymes system in supercriticalCO_(2)system.
