基于喷气涡流纺的Cocona纱的纺制及性能

Spinning and performance of Cocona yarn based on air-jet vortex spinning

摘要 采用喷气涡流纺将Cocona纤维和莫代尔纤维混纺制得Cocona/莫代尔纱。测试分析了Cocona纤维和Cocona/莫代尔纱的基本性能以及Cocona/莫代尔纱的织造性能。试验结果表明:Cocona纤维的细度较小,为2.79 dtex,断裂强力较差,为2.03 cN/dtex,摩擦性能--般,不适合直接纺纱;Cocona/莫代尔纱细度为130 dtex,断裂强度为4.137 cN/dtex,条干均匀度较好,毛羽少,织造性能良好。 The Cocona/modal yarn is prepared by blending Cocona fiber and modal fiber by air jet vortex spinning.The basic properties of Cocona fiber and Cocona/'modal yarn and the weaving property of Cocona/modal yarn are tested and analyzed.The experiments show that the fineness of Cocona fiber is 2.79 dtex,the breaking strength is 2.03 cN/dtex,and the friction property is ordinary,so it is not suitable for direct spinning.Cocona'modal yar features good weaving performance with fineness of 130 dtex,breaking strength of 4.137 cN/dtex,good evenness and less hairiness.
