摘要
对莫代尔纤维、天茶纤维和薄荷纤维进行分析,对混纺纱的混纺比例进行研究,确定了最佳混纺比为莫代尔/天茶/薄荷纤维60/20/20。正交试验优化了赛络紧密纺纱参数,得出细纱工序最优工艺参数为:后区牵伸倍数1.20,细纱捻系数390,气流气压2800MPa。经检测,织物接触凉感系数为0.212,抑菌率为99.1%,透湿透气性良好,均可达到标准要求。
Modal fiber,Tentea fiber and Mint fiber are analyzed,and the blending ratio of blended yam is studied.The optimum blending ratio is determined as 60/20/20.Through orthogonal experimental design,the parameters of Siro compact spinning are optimized,and the optimal spinning process is obtained as follows:draft ratio of back zone 1.20,the twist factor of spun yam 390 and the air pressure 2800 MPa.After testing,the contact cooling coefficient is 0.212,the bacteriostatic rate is 99.1%,and the moisture and air permeability are good,which can meet the requirements of national standard.
