关于浮桥式游艇码头系泊允许波高的探讨

摘要 本文结合我国游艇码头设计规范,对比澳大利亚、英国、美国、日本等国家的规范、标准,综述分析各标准中关于游艇码头系泊条件的规定,探讨浮桥式游艇码头的系泊允许波高,成果可为游艇码头设计提供参考。我国现行规范与澳大利亚标准(AS 3962:2020)的最大允许波高基本相符,较其他国外标准略偏宽松。建议在游艇码头设计时,浮桥式游艇码头系泊允许波高在满足我国现有标准的基础上,参考其他国家标准,结合重现期、波周期等要素从严考虑,以保证游艇能够安全系泊。 Based on China Code for Design of Marinas, which is compared with relevant codes and standards of Australia, the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan and other countries, the provisions about mooring conditions for marinas specified in these standards are analyzed comprehensively, and the allowable mooring wave height for pontoon marinas is discussed. The research results may serve as a reference for the design of marinas. The maximum allowable wave height in China current code is basically consistent with that in Australian Standard(AS 3962:2020). In comparison with that, slightly stricter requirements are covered in other international standards. It is proposed to determine the allowable mooring wave height for pontoon marinas based on China current standard, by referring to other international standards as well as such factors as wave return period and wave period, which will ensure safe mooring of yachts.
