码头简支箱形轨道梁有限元分析

摘要 单箱双室梁空间受力复杂,现行港工规范大都将箱梁近似分为纵向和横向两个独立模型,按平面受力状态依据结构力学原理进行分析。利用ANSYS软件对单箱双室梁进行有限元模拟,真实全面了解轨道梁的整体受力性能,验证了轨道梁规范设计的可行性、合理性和精度;通过比对轨道梁主要截面的空间分析与平面计算结果,提出平面分析中容易被忽略的力学因素,特别是结构的整体应力、细部构件应力等,从而完善设计、总结经验,作为类似工程项目的借鉴参考。 Single-box double-chamber beam bears complex spatial forces. In most of the existing Port Engineering Codes, the box beam is approximately divided into vertical and horizontal models, and analyzed by using the principle of structural mechanics based on plane stress state. Finite element simulation of single-box double-chamber beam is carried out by using ANSYS software so as to grasp overall stress performance of the track beam authentically, and verify the feasibility, rationality and accuracy of the Code for the design of the track beam. By comparing the spatial analysis and plane calculation results of the main section of the track beam, the most overlooked mechanical elements are pointed out, overall structure stress and detailed component stress in particular, so as to improve the design and summarize experience, which will serve as a reference for similar projects.
