实现共同富裕是中国共产党的历史使命和社会主义的本质特点,国有企业作为中国特色社会主义重要的物质基础和政治基础、作为中国共产党执政兴国的重要支柱和依靠力量,是为了克服私人资本的逐利性、盲目性而产生的,其功能和作用决定实现共同富裕是其历史使命。党的十八大以来,国有企业获得了大的发展,为共同富裕实现奠定了坚实基础。国有企业通过做大做强做优实体经济,贡献共同富裕实现的基础设施、社会责任、示范机制和统筹能力,成为共同富裕实现的中流砥柱。

Realizing common prosperity is the historical mission of the Communist Party of China and the essential feature of socialism. As an important material and political basis of socialism with Chinese characteristics,an important pillar of the Communist Party of China’s governance and rejuvenation and a force to rely on,state-owned enterprises are produced to overcome the profit seeking and blindness of private capital. Its function and role determine that realizing common prosperity is its historical mission. Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,state-owned enterprises have achieved great development and laid a solid foundation for the realization of common prosperity. By making the real economy bigger,stronger and better,state-owned enterprises contribute to the infrastructure,social responsibility,demonstration mechanism and overall planning ability for the realization of common prosperity,and become the mainstay of the realization of common prosperity.
