摘要
通过采用不同芳纶机织布组合芳纶无纬布进行实弹打靶测试确定,在控制凹陷方面,CT709相对CT714优势较大;通过机织布放置在不同位置进行实弹打靶测试确定,机织布放置在最前面的防弹效果优于机织布放置在中间的位置;最终确定了4层CT709+21层防弹芳纶无纬布的防弹结构,此结构能抵御NIJ0101.06中ⅢA级别子弹的冲击,且能通过柔软度测试,面密度仅为5.2 kg/m^(2)。该结构在满足NIJⅢA测试的情况下,大幅提升了防弹衣的穿着舒适性。
This paper studys the bulletproof performance of aramid woven fabric mixed with aramid UD cloth.In terms of depression control,CT709 has great advantages over CT714.It is determined by the bulletproof test that the woven fabric placed in the front is better than the woven fabric placed in the middle.Finally,the bulletproof structure of 4 layers of CT709+21 layers of aramid UD cloth is determined.This structure can resist the impact of ⅢA bullet in NIJ0101.06 standard,and can pass the softness test,with an areal density of only 5.2 kg/m 2.The structure greatly improves the wearing comfort of bulletproof clothing,while meeting the NIJ ⅢA test.
